Training at Your Business

In response to numerous requests from the lean community, we are offering to bring our practical, comprehensive workshops to your facility.

If you need to train more than 6 people, LEA will deliver any of our current workshops at your site. The workshop titles are as follows, and you can see a detailed description by clicking on each:-

In order to deliver an effective training event, we will work with you to tailor the content of a public workshop, or a combination of workshops, to the specific needs of your organisation. At your request, we can visit your company before the workshop to become familiar with your processes and organisational concerns and use this information to customise the program content.

The price of each workshop will depend on the particular circumstances, but as a guide, a one day workshop would be of the order of $5,000.
