CATERING BREAKS/DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

All catering breaks including lunch, morning and afternoon teas will be served on the Promenade outside the main meeting rooms located on Level 1 of the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. Those who have indicated special dietary needs should speak to a member of the hotel catering staff to collect their meal.

CREDIT CARDS

Visa, MasterCard and AMEX will be accepted at the Registration Desk.

DRESS

Smart casual attire is appropriate for the Summit and Welcome Reception.

MOBILITY NEEDS

Should you require specific assistance, please see staff at the registration desk.

MOBILE PHONES

Please respect the presenter and other members of the audience by ensuring your mobile phone and/or pager is switched off or on silent whilst you are in sessions.

NAME BADGES

Each delegate registered for the Summit will receive a name badge upon registration at the registration desk. This badge will be your official pass and must be worn during the Summit at all times.

REGISTRATION DESK

The Registration Desk for the Summit is located on the Promenade outside the main meeting rooms located on Level 1 of the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins and will be open during the following hours:

Wednesday 10 May, 2017 0730 – 1730

Thursday 11 May, 2017 0800 – 1630

Friday 12 May, 2017 0800 – 1600

SPEAKERS PREPARATION ROOM

The Speaker Preparation Room will be located on Level 1 of the Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. This room will be operational at the following times:

Wednesday 10 May, 2017 0800 – 1700

Thursday 11 May, 2017 0800 – 1630

Friday 12 May, 2017 0800 – 1600

Speakers must visit the Speaker Preparation Room at least 1 hour prior to the start of their session. The venue will have technicians available to discuss any queries regarding equipment use in your allocated rooms.
