Stephen is the Director and founder of a small business
productivity improvement company that saves organisations time and
money. His approach is to empower staff to “be part of the business
process improvement solution”. Stephen does this is by teaching
organisations to “See” process waste and non value adding activity,
and then building the internal capability to solve business
problems.
Stephen introduced Lean Thinking business improvement philosophy
to Victoria’s largest government departments and is now sought
after by small businesses to reduce non value adding activity and
improve the quality of the services they produce.
Stephen has trained over 600 people in Lean Thinking business
improvement methods and has implemented a number of lean tools in
the office, and lean organisational improvement projects in the
public and private sectors. Stephen is known for his success in
developing a NEW culture of continuous improvement.
Stephen is an experienced presenter at major national
conferences on business process improvement, building a culture of
continuous improvement and gaining staff and leadership
engagement.
He has a Bachelor of Economics, Black Belt Six Sigma,
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
