Preliminary Program

Our program will be full of interaction and discussion with lots of opportunity to interact with our international speakers John Shook and Oriol Cuatrecasas. This boutique event will also focus on increased and deeper learning and networking experiences for participants as we seek to understand the Australian context of Lean Thinking and Practice.

Workshops and site visits will provide an environment for smaller groups to learn together. Half day programs allow you to mix and match these learning opportunities. For newcomers to Lean Thinking and Practice, we offer an introductory course to the concepts on Tuesday November 19.
