Building on the success of last year’s sold-out Summit, Lean Enterprise Australia is pleased to announce that our annual Summit will be held in Adelaide in July 2026.
We have secured Adelaide’s newest event venue, Hotel Panorama as our Summit location. Located south of the city in the Adelaide Foothills region, approximately 8km from the Adelaide CBD and 10km from Adelaide Airport, the hotel’s brand‑new rooms, stylish rooftop bar and state‑of-the‑art conference facilities provide the perfect setting for the 2026 Lean Enterprise Australia Summit. Its modern spaces and fresh design create an ideal environment for learning, connection and capability building throughout the event.
This year, we’re diving deep into one of the most urgent challenges facing organisations today: lean leadership in uncertain times.
We’ll dive into practical, actionable ways leaders can help teams respond with agility, strengthen capability and accelerate improvement, with fresh insights on where AI can amplify progress and where disciplined human judgement remains essential.

July 23 – Main Summit
Get ready for a full day of insights and inspiration at the Summit on Thursday 23 July. You’ll hear from leading lean and improvement experts, dive into stories of real change from across industries, and connect with our invited speakers who are shaping the future of lean practice. The day will wrap up with our Networking Reception — a chance to reconnect, reflect and continue the conversation with peers from across our lean community.
July 24 – Half Day Site Visits
Half day site visits to companies will be a welcome addition to the program this year. Participants can join a half-day site visit at one of two South Australian manufacturing organisations, Century Engineering or CW Products, each offering the opportunity to see lean thinking and practice in action.
The site visits are designed to extend learning through observation, reflection and shared discussion, while creating more space for collaboration with others across the lean community. An experienced lean coach will facilitate each visit, helping participants think through what they are seeing and how the lessons may be applied in practice in their own organisations.
