The Australian Lean Summit is heading to Adelaide in July and we are excited to secure Adelaide’s newest event venue, Hotel Panorama as the location for our annual learning and networking event.
Located south of the city in the Adelaide Foothills region, approximately 8km from the Adelaide CBD and 10km from Adelaide Airport, the hotel’s brand‑new rooms, stylish rooftop bar and state-of-the-art conference facilities provide the perfect setting for the 2026 Lean Enterprise Australia Summit. Its modern spaces and fresh design create an ideal environment for learning, connection and capability building throughout the event.

We’re excited to confirm the first of our speakers, each bringing deep experience, fresh thinking and real-world insight.
Matt Savas, Founder of Kaizumi, a company that uses AI to transform lean training and capability development in any sector. Matt brings global experience in lean thinking and practice, developed during his time at Lean Enterprise Institute and supporting the work of the Lean Global Network. Matt is passionate about building capability, with a focus on helping organisations create systems that enable people to thrive.
Nigel Dalton, social scientist and long‑time champion of lean, agile and sociotechnical systems, will share his unique perspective on how organisations learn and adapt.
Together, they’ll help shape a program designed to challenge, inspire and strengthen the practice of lean leadership in uncertain times.

Site Visits (optional)
Half day site visits to companies will be a welcome addition to the program this year. We are currently finalising our hosts for these visits, but we can guarantee that the opportunity to participate in small group learning with expert coaches will be worth your while.
