Lean Thinking was initially described by Womack and Jones in their book “Lean Thinking” in 1996. Five principles that stand the test of time provide a solid foundation for approaching value stream improvement in all sectors, regardless of size or type.
This workshop uses an engaging hands-on simulation to explore and connect the principles.
The workshop is suitable as an introduction to Lean Thinking but is also suitable as a refresher or to provide insight how simulations can be used on a virtual platform.
Access to a computer for the session and some preparation is required to ensure you get the most out of the session.
