After more than two years of remote connection, we are excited to announce our next in-person event – a gemba event in August. The program will include site visits to selected host organisations and conclude with a networking event.
We are seeking expressions of interest from organisations to host a gemba walk or interactive learning experience with small groups (up to 10 people). The sessions will provide an opportunity for attendees to observe, learn, assist with any problems and/or make any suggestions for improvement. It’s a great opportunity for 2-way learning and interaction!
In addition to the experience on the day, LEA will offer host organisations a ½ day consulting service or training session to thank them for their participation.
