Cancellations received in writing one month prior will be accepted and all fees refunded less a $100 administrative fee.
Cancellations received within one month of the event will not be accepted/refunded, however transfer to another person is acceptable.
The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to LEA prior to the event. No refunds will be provided for non-attendance at an event.
